Juju 2.0~ Local LXD provider workflows are awesome!

I think in 2.0-alpha1 it does not, but as James mentioned he's running a
little closer to alpha2/alpha3 version (from master) which appears to
implement this so it's just a matter of alpha software is alpha :)
