LXD Bootstrap

Okay I think I worked it out, but i dont' cause the cause in reality:

in upstart mountall was failing during the boot of the containers

so I did:

root at tomsdevbox ~ # umount /sys/kernel/debug
root at tomsdevbox ~ # mount -t debugfs none /sys/kernel/debug


and suddenly trusty images started booting......
