Juju Charm store submission and functional tests using Amulet

The registry charm is actually the only one with a tests folder. As I
mentioned, my functional tests still need to be ported to the 'juju
test'-environment.
The registry charm only contains the example code that invoke the amulet
installation and deploys the charm. Which leads to my remark about the
relation between the two issues. Where does Amulet deploys the charm from,
when it does not find it in the (named) charm store?
