Regarding Juju Support for IBM SoftLayer

Hi Team,

I have a requirement where I need to deploy a charm on IBM SoftLayer 
Cloud. Can we give IBM SoftLayer as a cloud provider in Juju similar to 
AWS , local or OpenStack ?
