Regarding the cs:trusty/docker charm

As part of the unmaintained charm process
<https://jujucharms.com/docs/1.24/charm-unmaintained-process> the
containers team would like to deprecate the old Ansible based docker charm
in favor of the new layer-docker which we can either build into a catch all
docker charm, or other developers can use to build with their own container
and make a specific charm for their container.

We want to notify the community because the older docker charm is not
compatible with the new layer-docker and that could affect people using the
older charm.

The unmaintained process gives us one month to discuss request. If you are
opposed, or concerned about this change please reply to this email so we
can sort out the issues.

We plan to replace it with a charm build from layer-docker which the source
can be found here: https://github.com/juju-solutions/layer-docker/
