Displaying dashboard URL in juju status

Hi,

After an OpenStack deployment, its dashboard URL needs to be composed
like below in my head.

[http or https if "ssl_cert" and "ssl_key" are set]://[unit's address
or "vip" if it's set]/[horizon or "webroot" if it's set]

It's doable, but it would be nice if we could get the URL more
handily. Is there a good field in juju status to expose the URL?
OpenStack dashboard is the first thing in my mind, but it would also
be helpful for other charms having WebUI.
