Displaying dashboard URL in juju status

The benchmark-gui charm sets this as part of the status message. IE:

```
status-set active "ready http://<public-ip>:9000"
```

Just so that it's available as part of the ready message to the user. While
not ideal, it could be a good work around for the time being while better
feedback mechanisms are created.
