Login to charm store/charm tools push broken

I'll post this in here as people are clocking off for the and IRC is
slowing down.

I've created a ~apachefoundation namespace for me (and hopefully others) to
push apache community maintained charms to, as a collective area that
people can manage and visit.

I want to push a charm I'm working on to it, but i cant get charm tools to
find my group.

https://github.com/juju/charmstore-client/issues/33 james has a bunch of
issues but gets further than me, for me charm whoami doesn't list my new
team at all even though I'm the owner.

So Jrwren says the charm groups are picked up from the charm store, so
here's a question:

Should I be able to login to that using USSO? because all I get is:  "Sorry
for the inconvenience, please pop back soon."
