How to offer debugging help for stuck controller

Hi folks

I have a controller on CDP thats stuck with 4 running units and 8 pending.

I can't destroy it or kill it, which strikes me as a bug but I don't know
what I can provide to help you guys fathom it out.

Obviously its still running as I can't kill it, so let me know what I can
offer up to help you resolve it.
