Openstack load balancer question

Hello all,

	Anyone have an idea on how to get the load balancer as a service running with `cloud:xenial-newton` ? I enabled it in openstack-dashboard. I can’t find the configuration anywhere else. The VPN as a service shows up the LB does not.
