un-promulgating big data charms next week

Sounds like a great plan!
Would be nice if the store would add the feature to soft-unpromulgate
charms; where you could still reference and deploy them as if they were
promulgated but they would show up un the store as community charms.
That would make sure that we're not breaking anybody's workflow..
