machine pending allocating image download

Dear Peter, thanks for your answer.

Yes since I'm waiting for additional HW I created meanwhile two VMs to 
have 4 machines in total in MAAS for provisioning.

Please find attached machine log and lxd log from the machine that 
stuck.

Do not wonder thats now machine 3 ... tried a bit with different 
machines and no its machine 3 thats stuck 20% ...
The VM itself is not stucked ...
