using the new bundle features in Juju 2.2.3

I wanted to mention that I put together a demo with a blog post and we ran
through the demo in The Juju Show yesterday. I have a feeling these updates
to allow --bundle-config will be really useful in a wide array of bundle
use out there. Take a look and I'd love to hear how folks put these changes
to use to help manage things.
