using the new bundle features in Juju 2.2.3

I used to go with yaml 'anchors' like Giuseppe. +1 for bundle-config flag
since that is a cleaner approach IMO.
It would be great if we can pass a single value as well e.g juju deploy
./bundle.yaml test-charm.admin-ip=172.31.81.203
