Problems with neutron-gateway

Hi all,

At first, thank you for the OpenStack juju charms. They are awesome!

I'm testing them in a lab and I found a problem using the neutron gateway
charm with OpenStack queens. It is installing on the system just packages
related to the Open vSwitch stuff.

The packages neutron-dhcp-agent, neutron-metering-agent,
neutron-lbaas-agent have not been installed.

Is there an option missing?
