    - Modify header and add upstream bug tracking number

    - bump build dependency on debhelper (debian/rules uses "--with" and
      "--override_*")
    - add perl-modules (>= 5.10) as an alternative to
      libarchive-tar-perl in Build-Depends-Indep and Suggests
    - remove unversioned (build) dependency on libfile-spec-perl (apparently
      not needed, and in perl-base anyway)
    - remove spurious perl-modules (>= 0.16) from Depends
  * debian/copyright: add License-Alias.
