  * Merge from debian unstable, Ubuntu remaining changes:
    - debian/rules:
      + Add dpatch support.
      + Build with Python 2.6 properly.
    - debian/python-exactimage.install: Use wildcard to make the modules
      available to all supported Python versions.
    - debian/patches/10-python26_ready.dpatch: Fix api/python/Makefile to
      build with Python 2.6.
  * debian/manpages/empty-page.1:
    - Fix hyphen-used-as-minus-sign lintian warning.
  * debian/control:
    - Binary exactimage duplicates source field "section", fixed to make
      lintian happy.
    - Change exactimage-dbg long description, it contains debug symbols.

  * Using correct rfc-2822 date formats in changelog.
  * Merging upstream version 0.7.4.
  * Updating standards version to 3.8.2.
