    /sbin/start-stop-daemon for some reason (LP: #394669).
  * Fix manifest file handling, broken in 1.13.5 (LP: #395195).
  * Automatic update of included source packages: debian-installer-utils
    1.70ubuntu1, partconf 1.32, user-setup 1.27ubuntu4.
