  [ Harald Sitter ]
  * Use Oxygen instead of Ozone as default, apparently it is more mature in
    terms of look. Also it can't hurt to go with Oxygen, since we do not
    use any of the additional features of Ozone anyway. (LP: #394470)
  * Make Arora default browser via kickoffrc

  [ Guillaume Martres ]
  * Use the new askBeforeRemoval setting introduced by kdelibs patch
    kubuntu_68_remove_applet_confirmation.diff for the launcher applet
