  * Move package from optional to extras because of its dependency on libaoi

    - patches 16_bnoplot_man.patch, 17_btrecord_linking.patch, and
      18_man_section.patch have been merged upstream.
  * This is a real release, not a git snapshot, we we're not calling git-log
    at build any more, so remove build-dep on git-core (closes: #516062)
  * Added an upstream changelog (git log output)
  * Bumped Standards-version to 3.8.2:
    - Added upstream Homepage to control file
  * Replace build-dep on gs-gpl|gs by ghostscript
