  * Don't hardcode libdevhelp-1's SONAME.
  * New patch, 60_deprecated-g-mapped-file-free, use g_mapped_file_unref()
    instead of deprecated g_mapped_file_free(); GNOME #588655
  * Add description to patch 00install-devhelp-el.
  * Binaries devhelp and devhelp-common are Section: devel like their source,
    don't repeat Section field.
