  * debian/rules:
    - Include /usr/share/python/python.mk.
    - Use py_sitename_sh and py_setup_install_args macros to install all
      python stuffs into the right path, fixes FTBFS with Python 2.6.
  * debian/control: Bump-up debhelper,python{,-all-dev,-central}
    build-dependencies.
