  * Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - Let libcanberra-gtk0(-dbg) conflicts/replaces libcanberra-gnome(-dbg)
    - Use the Ubuntu sound theme as the default and fallback theme
    - Allow a user specified theme to work if fallback theme is not present
