  * Merge from Debian, remaining Ubuntu changes:
    - switch to DKMS:
      + debian/control: drbd8-utils depends on drbd8-source
      + debian/control: drbd8-source depends on dkms and kernel headers
      + debian/dkms.conf
      + debian/drbd8-source.postinst
      + debian/drbd8-source.prerm
      + debian/rules
     - removed 10_different-kernels.dpatch; not needed with DKMS
   * Source update to final 8.3.3 version
