My PCCard wifi card was working well with the Prism54 drivers. It no longer.
I insert the card. dmesg shows:
PCI: Enabling device 0001:11:00.0 (0000 -> 0002)
divert: allocating divert_blk for eth1
I do "sudo ifup eth1". The computer freeze. I remove the card
eth1: resetting device...
eth1: uploading firmware...
eth1: firmware version: 1.0.4.3
eth1: firmware upload complete
eth1: hot unplug detected
eth1: removing device
eth1: no 'reset complete' IRQ seen - retrying
eth1: no 'reset complete' IRQ seen - retrying
eth1: interface reset failure
prism54: Your card/socket may be faulty, or IRQ line too busy :(
divert: freeing divert_blk for eth1
