Can you attach the output from lsmod please? and the full dmesg?
If i read the output properly it seems like that both the 8139cp and 8139too
modules are loaded at the same time. Only one of them should be and 
as far as i can see from the lspci it should be the 8129cp (tho it can
easily be the otherone).

You can try blacklisting one of them in /etc/hotplug/blacklist and see what
happens.
