Since it comes before the PCMCIA start message, I'm not sure if it is PCMCIA
related. The thing before the oops was the initialisation of the LVM. I have
some LVM partitions on my harddisk /dev/hde which is connected to my Promise
RAID controller. The LVM works, I can successfully mount a logical volume from
the LVM partition.
