I got the 2.6.15-8 Kernel sources from the Dapper build and rebuilt (on Breezy).
I can confirm that it identifies the RAID controller correctly, and mounts the
disk. However, looking at version numbers, the driver is not as recent as the
3ware one I pulled off their site in mid September (unless they've made a
version numbering error), which was per the patch I submitted. I have no idea
whether using a more recent driver would be a better or worse idea though :-)
The boot log is unexceptional except for the attached below, which seems a bit
odd (the bit marked "daft"). I wasn't getting that before, though I was getting
all sorts of other crud.
