dmesg log file

Running dapper here, 2.6.15-8-686

step 1: reboot
step 2: login
step 3: turn on drive
step 4: make copy of dmesg log

it looks like the top of the log is missing due to too many kernel messages
generated during startup and not a large enough log size.
