Unfortunately ndiswrapper still doesn't work in 2.6.15-9. Ndiswrapper still
doesn't autoload and a "modprobe ndiswrapper" hangs. An strace shows that it's
stuck in a loop doing this over and over again:
open("/proc/modules", O_RDONLY) = 4
fstat(4, {st_mode=S_IFREG|0444, st_size=0, ...}) = 0
mmap(NULL, 4096, PROT_READ|PROT_WRITE, MAP_PRIVATE|MAP_ANONYMOUS, -1, 0) =
0x2aaaaaac4000
read(4, "binfmt_misc 13520 1 - Live 0xfff"..., 1024) = 1024
read(4, "88284000\nfreq_table 5256 1 power"..., 1024) = 1024
nanosleep({0, 100000000}, NULL) = 0
close(4) = 0
munmap(0x2aaaaaac4000, 4096) = 0
After doing Ctrl-C on the modprobe, ndiswrapper shows up in the module list but
has obviously not been loaded properly: "ifconfig -a" reveals no wlan interface.
Nothing at all in syslog or dmesg either.
