"tap-n-drag" is not really an important bug, not enough so that we will force
rebuilding 8 kernels on 3 different architectures, and have people download a
22meg .deb.

This is fixed in dapper, and is likely where the fix will stay. If we happen to
be able to squeeze the fix into a breezy security update, then we might. The bug
is fixed, regardless of where it was assigned to.

Until we move to malone, we cannot target bugs at specific releases, and bug
maint for the kernel is already more than enough work without tracking trivial
fixes for a stable release.
