apparently there are 2 drivers claiming the same device.

Can you plese try the following steps?

boot the system and login as usual.

as root or using sudo:

rmmod ehci_hcd

and plugin the key. see dmesg and attach it here please.

unplug the key.

next step is:

modprobe ehci_hcd
rmmod uhci_hcd

and plug the key. see dmesg and attach it here pleaase.

One of the above combination should work.
