Summary: Opps while suspending the computer
Product: Ubuntu
Version: unspecified
Platform: powerpc
OS/Version: other
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: linux
AssignedTo: fabbione at ubuntu.com
ReportedBy: carlos.perello at canonical.com
QAContact: kernel-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com
Finally, with the kernel linux-image-2.6.10-5-powerpc_2.6.10-31, the suspend
feature works again in my powerbook G4 550Mhz but I get an Opps. I think it's
related to Firewire devices. After suspending the computer, my Firewire iPod is
able to get power over that bus but I'm not able to mount it.
Here you have the log:
eth1: Airport entering sleep mode
eth0: suspending, WakeOnLan disabled
.Machine check in kernel mode.
