I've confirmed that the ports work in WinXP with a PNY memory card reader and a
compact flash card.  The card reader is a USB 1.1 device and works on Ubuntu
Hoary on my desktop, but not on Ubuntu Hoary on my laptop.  A USB 2.0 Cruizer
Mini flash drive works on the laptop in Hoary.

 - USB 1.1 doesn't work in Ubuntu
 - USB 1.1 works in Windows
 - Device used to test USB 1.1 works in Ubuntu on another machine
 - USB 2.0 device works in Ubuntu

I'll confirm this bug now.
