I have fixed the problem. By default /etc/init.d/acpid tries to load all modules
is kernel/drivers/acpi. By only loading button and ibm_acapi everything works
fine again. Some other modules are loaded on-demand.

If I load all other module afterward, it still works. So I guess the problem is
due to the order modules are loaded (maybe hotkey).

This bug report can be closed.
