I have exact this problem on a Compaq Proliant server
/dev/ida/C0D0p3 does not exist...
After fresh install
Although the breezy Live CD boots fine and reads from the SCSI array (as one
logical drive) plus the breezy install disc detects the logical drive and
formats just fine.
