I'm running VMware 5 on a Windows host, and this has always happened with Ubuntu
Breezy guests.  I just did a complete install of the RC, and the problem
remains.  None of the other guest OS's I've tried exhibits this problem
(RHEL3-4, SLES8-9, FreeBDS 5.x, etc.), though it works fine if I manually reset
after seeing the 'Rebooting' message.
