Disregard the last comment regarding the tuner setting.

I tried blacklisting the modules and installing them manually.

sudo modprobe -v cx8800

works, and shows the correct tuner setting (tuner=43). Here's what I think is
the problem. The cx8800 module is detecting the card to an extent (channel still
sticks). However, in 5.04 the cx88xx module was required to get this card to
work. I think that it is the cx88xx module which needs to be looked at here, as
it is not detecting the card properly.
