zaptel-source provides source for the zaptel, fcfxo and fcfxs (IIRC) modules. 
These modules let you use Zaptel cards which let you deal with POTS/BRI/PRI
lines for SIP stuff, and they're particularly popular in the Asterisk market,
which is growing by the day.
