Sorry. I know, that was.. obnoxious of me.

I tried adding orinoco, orinoco_cs, hermes, prism_pci, prism2_pci (and any
combinations thereof) to /etc/hotplug/blacklist to but everytime I reboot it
doesn't make any difference. The dmesg output I pasted earlier remains the same.

The Hosted Access Point mode is a nice additional feature, but that I think is
not the most important aspect to this. AFAIK hostap is the only Linux Prism1/2/3
driver with decent WPA support. Pretty much, what 99% of the people should be
using! As I'm sure you know, anything less than WPA is an utter joke from a
security point of view. Other than that, Monitor Mode is a very useful and
commonly used (diagnosis) feature which if anything is badly supported by the
Orinoco driver (especially when using a Prism2+ card). Overall I think the
hostap driver is a really decent, actively maintained, all-round driver and
should be the default for Prism 2, Prism 2.5 and Prism 3 cards.

I'm actually a bit confused what you mean by "Prism 2". As you can see from the
dmesg output the Orinoco driver seems to detect my card as "Prism I". I think
the Orinoco driver is primarily designed for Prism I cards (like the classic
Orinoco Gold/Silver types). Tell me if I'm wrong.

PS: I recognize that overall, Breezy does a really good job at detecting
hardware. Keep up the good work. :)
