The PC is running an up to date Breezy. The sound card is an SB Live! using the
emu10k1 drivers. After resuming from hibernate, applications appear to play
sound properly (i.e. they don't complain), but no sound comes out of the speakers.

The mixer settings after resume are the same as they were before hibernation.
