[Bug 38478] rt2500 seems of no use in SMP kernel package

Description:
Since SMP is the default in Dapper, the module rt2500 seems to be of no
use, as it doesn't work with SMP.

With the recent kernels (2.6.15) the following happens when the PCMCIA
card is inserted:
