Description:
This is a Canonical-sponsored Tecra M2
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam/ToshibaTecraM2). With Flight
3 and succeeding updates, the machine is not able to reboot at all. All
modules ans services are unloaded and a "rebooting" notice is shown, but
the screen stays blank afterwards and does not complete the reboot
process.
