[Bug 41963] Audio problem on iBook G4

Description:
The sound is interrupted every 0.2-0.3 second by a short pause on my
system, leading to a very low-quality playing. I get this behavior with
ogg files as well as wave files.

Kernel version: 2.6.15-20.30
gstreamer0.10-alsa version:  0.10.5-0ubuntu3
