Looks like there must be some incompatibility between the Ubuntu
and RH cramfs. I created a new cramfs image on Ubuntu. Mounting
it works fine on Ubuntu. But mounting the same image on RHEL4 U3
or SLES10 fails (the mount itself works, but the data is corrupted
as in the initial report).
Oh, maybe it's related to the fact that my Ubuntu system is
x86, while my RHEL4 and SLES10 systems are ia64? Are cramfs
images architecture-dependent?
