I've done this on a number of occasions already, without anything
showing up.  Hardware can never be ruled out, but I don't think it's a
memory issue.  I have no idea how the rest of the MB can be tested.

I think it's odd that I had nearly two months of very stable Dapper
before oopses started again.  Is there a list of which updates happened
on which dates?  That might be worth some scrutiny.  It would not be
surprising if, on a 64bit smp system, there were software issues.
