[Bug 56249] Re: [edgy] kernel does not boot on Thinkpad T43p

It does continue to boot after several minutes. Running without "quiet
splash" boot options I see that IBM TrackPoint is brought up properly
(input: TPPS/2 IBM Trackpoint as /class/input/input3) and then it stops.

I'll reboot again now, this time adding the debug kernel option.
