It's not clear that the bug is actually with acpi.  It's the most likely
problem but it's not _certain_.  My tests at fixing the "low-hanging
fruit" with the replacement DSDT.aml weren't productive.  However, this
was the first time I even looked at a DSDT file so I could well have not
done it properly.
