[Bug 57126] Please include trivial patch to support ULI M1573

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6-k7

With dapper it is not possible to burn a CD with a ULI M1573 chipset.
cdrecord just hangs while you get some timeout messages in dmesg.

This (trivial) patch:

seems to solve this problem, so please include this one in next kernel update.
