Ok, I have solved the problem... My pc is an Lenovo (IBM) Z60m so i guess similar machines have the same problem. To solve it just set the Adaptive Thermal Management in the BIOS to "Maximize Perfomance". Hope this can help... -- kernel can't scale cpu frequency https://launchpad.net/bugs/36014
